Where It Began
It started with a simple everyday struggle: getting dressed.
As a mother of a child with limited range of motion, I experienced firsthand how difficult putting on a traditional jacket could be. What should have been a simple part of the day often became time-consuming, uncomfortable, and frustrating. Jackets would bunch in the back, movement was restricted, and the available alternatives often meant compromising dignity and personal style.
But my child wanted what every child wants—to feel comfortable, look good, and feel confident.
That experience inspired Crissa Nise Adaptive Apparel.
